The Nathalie Loyalty app is now available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Earn points to gain cash back, collect stamps, and claim complimentary rewards.

How does the Nathalie Loyalty app work?

Once downloaded, verify your email as prompted and you’ll be ready to start collecting stamps and earning points immediately.

Simply scan the QR code found in your Loyalty Wallet at any of our tills and you’ll automatically earn points and stamps. If in doubt, our fantastic team will be on hand at any of our sites to assist you.

Stamps vs Loyalty Points.

Stamps are collected in the same way a traditional physical loyalty card would be, except now you won’t forget your card at home — it’s all on your app. After collecting five stamps, you’ll receive one complimentary drink*.

Loyalty points are earned on any purchase at a rate of £1 = 5 points. After 100 points are collected, you can claim cash back on any purchase*.
